ABOUT THE ART
“During the pandemic, I saw that the Hollywood Video I used to go to as a kid (a place I loved going to and my childhood dream job) had become a Covid testing site. I found this hilariously dystopian, so I decided to make this piece called Goodnight Hollywood Video in memoriam to a place I loved. I recreated miniature VHS tapes that would have been on the shelves during my movie rental days.”*
