Volz Residence

The Volz Residence

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Designed as a welcoming retreat, the Craftsman-style home blends classic architectural character with the family’s love of color, pattern, and collected treasures. Designer Betsy Soos of Proximity Interior Design thoughtfully layered these elements throughout the interiors, using artwork to inform color, furniture, scale, and placement while creating spaces that feel personal and cohesive. The home’s art collection adds warmth, character, and a sense of story throughout, with colorful and meaningful works thoughtfully integrated to reflect the family’s experiences and create a space that feels collected over time.
